Well, it's Monday, and amazingly it didn't suck! I had fun in my classes, and I'm still loving student teaching at BCC. It's really not that hard to wake up at 6:30am every morning. I rocked out to my iPod on the way to work and I can already tell that this is going to become a daily routine. It's super fun to just escape into my own little movie world with my own personal soundtrack. Today's theme was Michael Jackson. I danced all the way to school to "Man in the Mirror" and "Beat It." Allison and I for sure just sauntered into the office this morning to the tune of our iPods with big ol' smiles on our faces. Life is good.
We ended up eating at an international food court tonight for way too much money, but it was worth the $6. :) I ate the best quesadilla of my life, and it was a tiny little bit of Las Mas that I for sure appreciated. Mmm...so good. It's weird how you have to pay for water here though. I mean, that 15 cents breaks me everytime! I'm so used to getting it for free in the states! Haha! But yeah, that food court was super yummy. Gotta love it. We're taking a break from Thai food now, and I'm perfectly okay with it.
My kids are still presh, and I love teaching them. Today, I helped out with math. I really am so much more comfortable teaching math and science as opposed to any other subject. It's just my niche I suppose.
Well I'm dead tired, so I'm gonna cut this blog short. Sorry everyone. Even Bangkok has normal days.
I'm out.
Cwalk.
