Sad sad Monday...last week of teaching my precious Thai nuggets. But other than the fact that the end is looming over me, it was an amazing day! I was formally observed for the second time today, this time by Christian, and my lesson went really well. My heathen class even acted like angels...I guess because they knew I was being evaluated. Haha. But also, it was a 5th grade math class and that's my jam. I could teach math with my eyes closed! Love love love it! All of my classes are canceled tomorrow because my students have to take their yearly standardized tests. Oh darn...a free day. Haha. I'll probably just catch up on my lesson plans and observe other teachers or something super fun like that. There's always sexy British boy's PE class...he aaaaalways needs help. ;)
So Allison and I made a pinky promise to work out every day this week. I'm pretty sure we gained a little weight back last week because we discovered super cheap D

airy Queen and celebrated Australian day with those ribs. So, it's only Thai food for us this week and lots of working out! I love feeling healthy though! We just ate at the Paragon food court (again) only this time we ate PotkaPOW...or however you say it. It's awesome though. Yay for Thai food! It was super hot and spicy...we forgot to say "mi pet" which means "not spicy." I rocked those chopsticks for sure, though. I don't think I've ever been able to use chopsticks until now! I think people here stay small because between using chopsticks and smaller portions there's no way you can eat a lot. I honestly feel like a normal sized meal in America could feed an entire Thai family! It's crazy!
Well, I'm gonna go ahead and peace outta here. I downloaded "Slumdog Millionaire" on my computer and we're all gonna watch it here in a few. We rigged up our room so that we can all lay on our pseudo-queen-sized bed and set my computer on a chair to watch it. And yes, the bed mattresses are so hard that we can stand a chair up (2 legs on each bed) without worrying that it will fall over. Haha. It's sad, but convenient I guess.
I'm out.
Cwalk.
